The POP is a specific, persistent, contextualized issue embedded in the district’s work. It should be addressed to improve outcomes, experiences, and understanding.
SEI identifies a district's instructional challenge as observable and actionable and connects it to a broader improvement strategy. Our work is tailored to the needs of the school or district we work with. We never take a “cookie cutter” approach with the diversity of schools and districts.
